Shipping Rates

Free standard (3-7 business days) shipping on orders $75 and up.

$8 for standard (3-7 business days) shipping on orders under $75.

$75 for overnight shipping. Delivery not available on Sundays and holidays.

 

Product Shipment

Our standard shipping method is UPS and USPS, which takes 3-7 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order in advance so you will receive it by your desired date.

 

Return Policy

We want you to love your skin and feel confident with your choice. Here’s how our policy works:

Because our products come in contact with your skin, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards to protect you. For that reason, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. Once a product has been opened, it can’t be resold or safely reused.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@violetbody.net. We’ll happily replace the item or find the best solution for you.

For unopened, unused, and sealed products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and care for your skin.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Violet Botanical Skincare is not responsible for lost returns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened, unused, and sealed item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and sealed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus your original shipping costs within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
