Trust me, it's not complicated and you'll love the results. It's as simple as four ingredients you probably have in your kitchen. Start by mixing 1 tsp turmeric (antioxidant, good for acne), 1 tsp gram flour or finely ground oats (exfoliating), 2 tsp yogurt (anti-aging, need I say more?), and 1 tsp olive oil (restores smoothness, protects from UV rays).Apply all over your face, avoiding your eyes.
