Sorrel (hibiscus) aids in healthy skin. The polyphenol, procatechuic acid (PCA), prevents free radicals that damage skin cells and cause premature skin aging. Ingredients: 4 quarts water 3 inch ginger (grated) 3 cups dried, organic hibiscus flower 1 1/2 tsp allspice 1 orange peel Organic molasses to taste (or your preferred sweetener) Directions: Boil water. Turn off heat. Add hibiscus. Add allspice, orange peel, and grated ginger. Stir. Cover and let sit overnight. Strain. Decant. Enjoy!
