As I reflect on 2018, I am reminded of all the blessings I've had this year. Celebrating almost three decades of marriage to my wonderful, supportive husband. Transitioning into a new phase of parenthood -- the teenage years. Time with family. Moving into a new home. Cultivating relationships with an amazing group of female friends. Rising to the challenge of new activities -- running and competing in 10Ks. Ramping up my and my family's health by embracing vegetarianism. The list goes on and on.
